Lincoln third Beringer rolls the dice again

 In Latest News

We have a big player under both codes on Wednesday, with Beringer going to Newmarket for the big mile handicap, while The Cull Bank tackles Listed opposition in the mares’ hurdle at Cheltenham.

Alan said: “We dropped Beringer back in trip for his seasonal debut in the Lincoln and he ran an absolute stormer, dead heating for third place.

“He might have got second with a better run through, and we feel he has the ability to pick up one of these strongly-run mile handicaps, and, having come out of Doncaster so well, we hope he’ll again be competitive.

“The Cull Bank has looked quite exciting in winning small races at Fontwell and Plumpton and, though she is stepping up in trip, she has already won a point-to-point over three miles so has proven stamina.”
