Georgia back in action on Kismat at Newbury
We have two runners at Sandown yesterday, including Kings Royal Hussar, who was only run out of it at Nottingham in the final half-furlong last time and might appreciate dropping back to a mile.
Our other runner is Tronada, whose last run against the boys at Nottingham was too bad to be true. She had previously finished a good third in a fillies only race at the same course so back against her own she, too, must have each-way claims.
But Alan’s one runner at Newbury in the evening will be the focus of his attention as Kismat is ridden by his 17-year-old daughter Georgia in the mile and a quarter amateurs handicap.
Kismat has dropped 7lb down the handicap these last couple of months and gave Georgia a great spin in a similar race at Sandown three weeks ago. She might be overpriced around 25-1.
